Oil Skimmer Order for PETROBRAS Terminals.

The Brazilian oil giant Petrobras has purchased five complete TDS Skimmers from Foilex. "Petrobras is a large and significant customer for us. We have sold around 40 skimmers to them in recent years, which is an excellent testimonial for our product," says Anders Johansson, MD of Foilex.

Petrobras is one of the world's largest oil companies, which extracts oil and natural gas in South America and the USA.

Their order for TDS Skimmers was placed in September, and delivery will take place in December.
The skimmers will be shipped to terminals in Tramandai, Santos, Sao Sebastiao, Ilha Dagua and CDA Guarulhos in Brazil.

The order is for five Foilex TDS 200 Skimmers. These are free-floating hydraulically powered screw pump skimmers that have a capacity of 0-70 mł/h and are particularly suitable for collecting heavy oil. The skimmers are equipped with Foilex's patented and efficient low-speed pumps, which utilize the "Twin Disc Screw" Technology with a capacity that is 70 percent higher than any other screw pump currently available.
