| TDS 150 Skimmer to EARL, Singapore In January 2004, FOILEX conducted a training and commissioning trip to the oil spill response organisation EARL, (East Asia Response Limited). Most of EARL's Oil Spill Specialists were educated in the specifics of operation and maintenance of the delivered FOILEX TDS 150 Coast Skimmer System.
The subsequent training and commissioning took place at EARL's facilities in January in cooperation with our Singapore representative Top-On-Line Pte. Ltd.
Their organisation provide prompt response to spills with an experienced team of highly trained specialists and trailerised stockpile packages of spill response equipment allowing for immediate mobilization.

The system, consisting of a TDS 150 Coast Skimmer, HP 150 Hose Package and our new DH 25E Powerpack, was delivered
in Singapore in late December.
EARL is a private owned Oil Spill Response Organisation on 24 hours standby.
