FOSS Maritime, USA now has assigned a FOILEX TDS 150 Skimmer System to the Tug BARBARA FOSS which is stationed at Neah Bay, WA.

Mr Joe Smith at Foss Environmental, Seattle reports that the Rescue Tug is for vessels that may get into trouble near the entrance to the Straits of Juan de Fuca between Canada and the US.
- The skimmer was chosen for both its skimming and its lightering capability, says Joe.
