Micro Well Skimmer developed for fixed installations! The new Micro Well Skimmer is designed to meet our customers demand
for a 20 m³/h suction weir skimmer with small dimensions to fit through standard
Ø 500 mm man holes.The Micro Well Skimmer is a non floating version with Ø 2 inch vertical discharge for fixed installations in oil separation tanks or oil combating vessels. Any Type of Vacuum Pump! The Skimmer can be operated in combination with an type of external vacuum pump or vacuum system with 0 - 20 m³/h capacity. Its debris capability will be depending on the type of vacuum pump or system used. Small Limitations in Tank Oil/Water Level Variations! 
The design is focused on small
dimensions, easy installation and functionality independent
of variations in oil/water level in the separation tank.The flexible rubber bellows which automatically adjusts to the oil/water level can be customized in different materials and lengths to fit various applications.
Best performance for the Micro Well Skimmer is achieved in light to
medium viscosity oils. Suitable oil layer thickness is 0-50 mm.
