The TDS 150 Skimmer & Pump system is finally ready! The new TDS 150 is designed to meet our customers demand
for small Twin Disc Screw Pumps with low weight and dimensions to fit standard
Butterworth hatches.The completion of FOILEX TDS 150 system means that Foilex now can offer low rpm Screw Pumps & Skimmers for oil spill clean up ranging from 30 m3/h to 140 m3/h! The TDS 150 Pump Several years of experience, gained from the use of our previous hydraulically driven TDS 200 & 250 Pump models, is built into the new Pump.  The design is focused on low weight, small
dimensions and high capacity at low rpm.- Capacity 30 m3/h at only 600 rpm! - Fits into standard Butterworth hatch! - Large exposed pump inlet, Ø 180 mm - Same base model for both the skimmer and off-loading pump versions. Just like our previous models the new TDS 150 Pump has more than 70% higher capacity than traditional screw pumps when compared at the same pump speed and size. This gives you the choice of pumping either: - Low viscosity fluids at high capacity, or… - Efficient pumping of high viscosity fluids at low speed The TDS 150 Skimmer system With this new system Foilex can offer a good alternative to those customers who need a high efficient Screw Pump and Skimmer with low weight and small dimensions.  The complete TDS 150 system consists of - TDS 150 Skimmer incl. Pump, 30 m3/h - DH-20 E diesel driven Powerpack, 20 kW - Discharge hose, Ø 3" - Hydraulic hose, Ø ¾" The Skimmer is equipped with the original and since 1991, well proven self-adjusting flow controlled inlet ring. The onboard TDS Pump can easily be dismounted for separate use as submersible transfer pump. |
